I go through Burns Flat quite often and decided to stop in today. The girl behind the counter was sweet but the older woman who was there was rude. Not only did she not have a friendly tone when speaking to us, she seemed mad and being loud about how they were an hour behind in whatever happened with the business that morning. I can honestly say I will not take my business back there.

I called in a food order and when I arrived, part of my food was sitting uncovered on the counter behind the warmer. It was cold and the chicken strips were more like nuggets. When I said something about it the guy working replied "you chose a gas station ". I replied "No, I chose a convenience store with a food warmer". He proceeds to throw my change in my hand with attitude. Overall, worst customer service experience I've ever had and the cold food was not good. I will never do business here again.

This place is horrible the service is horrible you wait hours at the window an if they seen your someone they know they will take even longer. ...... happens everytime. The service sucks plz aj hire new people !!!!!@

Horrible customer service, my mom and I went there just yesterday and no one would serve us for no reason. I know we will never being going back and they will never have our business again. How could you seriously deny serving your customers just because you don't feel like it or just because you don't want to do your job. You all deserve to lose your jobs or you should just shut down. Your customers deserve better.
