We cannot thank the staff and doctors at Enid Pet Hospital enough! The night before New Years Eve our dog Lucy got a nasty cut on her lower leg. I called our usual vet here in town that morning and they were open but said they couldn’t see her and said I’d have to take her to Stillwater. So I started calling around and the awesome team here got my dog in, stitched her up, and stayed late so I could pick her up after 5. All of this on New Years Eve for a walk-in. Thanks a bunch and we’ll be taking our pets here from now on!! Highly recommend!!

Tuula had an appointment today for all the annual exams and an exam for possible ear mites. Dr. Reid saw her right away and we were home within 45 minutes. They always take great care of her. Two thumbs up!

waiting for hour to get nails clips and then the guy clipping my dogs nails clipped him twice. Overall not good for first impression especially when they try to push to buy flea and tick after you told them. We good just need nails clips

The staff and doctors at Enid Pet Hospital have always been friendly and great to work with. I have owned several dogs and they have been well taken care of at this facility. I would highly recommend this vet clinic and the doctors.

Absolutely the best place to take your pet if they are in need of medical care! Dr. Shimanek and Dr. Reid are amazing vets. Our pets are family and we are so grateful that we have such a great place to go when they need medical care.

Provider was the most disgusting and unsympathetic I have ever heard about! Gave 20 minutes to decide on how to proceed with sick animal. Then was told could not be in the room during the pet being put to sleep... well that would be an extra charge. Then asked about cremation... no amount was given just that it was expensive. Wanted a paw print.... nope! Wouldn’t do that either!

Today I was chewed out in front a very busy lobby for telling the vet she just missed my dogs serious ear infection. The vet refused to come talk to me at first, then when she did, told me that if I had thought my dog had an ear infection I should have let her know. I had to remind her that this was my third visit there in week. The first was due to his infection. Which was also on his mouth, but they never wrote down he had an ear infection. Since the clinic doesn't allow us to be there when our dogs are treated, they totally overlooked this. The second visit was for a teeth cleaning, that according the them, first required a complete look over due toy dogs age. They missed the ear infection again during this so called exam. Today was an emergency visit because my dogs ear was now raw and bleeding. I had been telling my wife, if it was serious the vet would have done something. But I should have trusted her, not the vet. They never looked at his ears, even though it was the primary reason for the first visit a week ago. This is definition negligence. I am not happy at all, and will diligently spread the word of the awful service my best friend got from these so called vets.

We have taken our pets to Enid Pet Hospital for 20+ years. Dr. Reid is our primary vet but have been very happy when others have stepped in, too. LOVE the desk staff! They treat us like family, know the quirkiness of each of our pets, and are so very kind. After a visit with a sick pet, the vet themselves who helped with them ALWAYS calls to check to see how we all are and answer any follow up questions. I couldn't ask for a kinder, more caring pet hospital!

I was shocked when I showed up to pick up my dog and the bill was over $300!! Terrible customer service. They do not communicate prices at all. We will definitely not be back.

Can't say enough about how wonderful the Dr's and staff at Enid Pet Hospital are. Dr. Shimanek and Dr. Rutz brought my little dachshund back to health from a back injury that could have been so much more dire had she not gotten the care she had from them at the time. The hospital is so clean, bright and friendly. It's clear that their staff care about the patients and they were so nice to answer any question I had and even took a picture of my dog and text it to me because I missed her so much one day! Won't take my pets anywhere else! Sheri F.

EPH a compassionate, knowledgeable and professional clinic. They are always willing to help...whether it is faxing/emailing records (immediately), looking up immunizations, calling in prescriptions no matter where in the country I happen to be, or finding any possible way to get you in to see a vet at a moments' notice. They've been available to help every time I've called them (even on Christmas Day) and met me in the clinic to help my dog. The examining vet always follows up with a personal phone call to check on my dog's progress.
