I went into the Glenpool, OK location on March 26, 2025 to see if they could change my valve cover gasket and spark plugs. I spoke to a gentleman and he stated they could so I made an appt for March 28,2025 at 10:00am. I showed up at 9:45am. They didn't take my car into a bay until 11:05am which was one hour and five minutes after my SCHEDULED appt. They didn't give an estimated time of how long these two items would take to be completed. At 1:15pm three hours and 15 minutes after my SCHEDULED appt I saw my vehicle in a parking spot in the parking lot, it was no longer in the work bay. At this time I went to the counter to pay and get my keys only to find out they did NOT do what my appt was scheduled for instead they did an inspection which they did NOT have my permission to perform. When I inquired about why in the three hours and 15 minutes that they had my vehicle in the work bay was no work performed they said that they did the inspection however the guy who made my appt ignored me and the situation. There was a white man with dark hair sitting at the middle desk just laughed to and in my face about the situation. Not only did they try and take advantage of me because I am a woman they tried to take advantage of a disabled senior citizen. I am not happy and I will spread the word about how awful this company is and leave as many reviews as I can all over social media and use my words to others I know.

Good experience. Only one minor issue is they forgot to reset my oil notification as it keeps popping up that I need to change my oil

Was told incorrect info about the payment plan as in when it would start. Not at all happy about that..... The repair was first rate, but employees need to get the y pay info correct. Rating would've been better

Brought my vehicle in for a possible coolant leak. They quoted $1400 and acted like it was life or death and I shouldn't drive it all. The parts were approx $389 and the rest was labor. I said no thank you. I brought it to hometown auto in Owasso for a second opinion and they found NOTHING. They pressure tested the lines and there was no leak. Unbelievable.

Mechanic left black greasy hand prints in multiple places on the paint. After cleaning, deep scratches were revealed. SDA refused accountability.
Had my wife’s vehicle inspected for a coolant leak. After getting the vehicle home we noticed that her splash guard, covers the entire area under the engine bay, is completely missing. This is a very large panel and forgetting to reinstall something that large destroys our trust completely.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. If they notice something that doesn't need immediate attention they let you know with no pressure to get it done. My 1 issue is the waiting area was cold last time I was there.

I was told the rear end, rear axles, u joints all needed changed and the total would be over $6,000 when last year you heard changed the gears in the rear end and it would not be covered by your warranty. So I decided the Jeep ain't worth that. So I took it to Sam's off road and they told me the axles were fine everything is working the way it suppose to, that the issue is the transmission not going into reverse right since it's electronic it wants to be in rev and drive at the same time it's why it struggles to go into reverse but will go with more gas.. I feel like sane day was trying to screw me out of over $6000.

Great, friendly service. But they charged my wife $300 labor for replacing a hood latch. $300!!! just for the labor

This place is full of crooks. The manager is a liar, yeah I'm talking about you dan. They sell a bunch of unnecessary stuff and use "universal" fluids instead of what's needed.

I got a coolant test which told me exactly what I needed to get done to my car. Then they told me the price of changing a $100 part was $1,700, which I thought was outrageous in my opinion. Other than that, my experience was really good. Everybody there is really friendly. Solid 9/10.

Well I'm surprised yesterday my ask how much is going to cost because they don't tell you just to look at the car it was $307 now that's a rip-off I took mycar with AC there to get it fixed and I told Jeff it was making noise in the dashwhen I took it in out of they said it was fixed paid 1700 and stop working again I. Two weeks took it back they said it was a evaporator core was leaking so called professionals couldn't figure out how to do it the first time had to take it somewhere else to cuz they wanted to charge me $1,800 to put that in took it back got it filled up with fuel flood again and it still didn't work The machine is not working or they don't know how to use it now I got to find another place because I tried to explain to him he's doing the same thing it was when the first time I brought it in and they said that we should part ways so I can't believe they refused my service and I have other parts on my vehicle that has a lifetime warranty will I have paid thousands of dollars for and I said I was unhappy what ya are conditioner is not going to work after you spend this much money then yeah I'm going to be unhappy you figured they want to keep a customer and say well we'll make you unhappy we'll just go ahead and fix it like they should have done in the first place it's not very good business and took my car back to another mechanic same day Auto overfilled my Freon blew out my condenser and I have pictures to prove it I had a meeting with same day Auto today they rely on their machines too much I think they're always perfect would you give me any part of refund or credit or nothing on they misdiagnosed the vehicle did Fix-It right they still charge me but I'm an Uber driver I pick up a lot of people and I have a lot to say the same day Auto the crooked thieves you can stay away from this place then run because they don't guarantee anything behind and what they do so same day auto you’re my new hobby
