Took my Polaris in for rough idle. They cleaned the throttle body and adjusted the TPS. Went to pick it up and paid out. 1 1/2 hours @ $120 per hour. The service they performed takes 1/2 hour maximum. When I went to load it up I was told it would be a minute. They were backing it out of the shop and it started missing. Was told it was plug wires and they had to order and were to be there the next day. I called at 11:30 to see if it was done and was told they didn't get freight until noon. Was told they'd call me as soon as they got them put on. They called that afternoon and left a message telling me they put the wires on and it still missed. Needs an injector. Had to order. Will be in the next day and will call as soon as it's done. I called at about 11:45 and was told it wasn't in and they'd call as soon as they finished. Still no call. I called back at about 4;30 and asked if it was done. Was told they hadn't received the part yet but he'd run over and see if it came in and call me right back. No call back. By this time it was the 4th of July and they were closed. I was so tired of being lied to I went in the 5th to pick it up so I could repair it myself. I was told it wasn't done yet and I told him all that had happened and I wanted to pick it up anyway. The injector was there but they hadn't installed it. He followed me up front so he could explain the situation to parts and have them take the injector off the ticket. One injector was almost $300. They charged me $54.99 EACH for the plug wires and 1/2 hour labor. $60. You can change both wires in about 2 minutes. I took it home and ordered both injectors with harnesses for less than $100. Bosch brand exactly like OE. Repaired it myself. Won't be going back to Rother's for service.

We have purchased equipment over the years, with Brian Rother, being our salesman and overall "goto" guy and he's been excellent...responsive and thinks of things we don't always consider, to help in our purchase decision. The service has been great too!! Matt Campbell has been an awesome service technician for them...really takes the time to make sure everything is working properly...really helped teach this guy how to operate the new baler properly. They have taken good care of us when anything has come up and they'll do the same for you!!!

I'm a little far away from them. 2 hours actually and I have to get a better idea of how to get parts. Bought $30,000 Worth of mowers. Drove all the way home and I had a belt shred. They suggested that I should bring it up to them and let them check it out. I just spent $30,000 . Plus I drove 4 hrs $96 of time and a full tank of fuel $120. I asked if I could get a couple of belts just in case for the purchase and the guy basically ignored what I said. I took off work that next day and met a woman half way who had my parts. Thank goodness for her sweet sincere apologies. Saved a customer. I know you are busy selling big tractors and whatever else but$30,00 is alot to the people who bought them. Act accordingly, not like this is a inconvenience of yours. Customer service is king.

I was in the market for a new grill. It just so happens Rother Brothers is a certified Yoder dealer. I called the order in and picked it up the same day. They loaded the box in the truck per my specifications. To top it all off they even threw in a free grill accessory. Can’t recommend this place enough if you are needing to buy a Yoder smoker. Wonderful experience overall. Mark is the Man!

I wouldn't bother going here. It sat there for a week. I already had it tore apart so they could look at it I dropped it off and picked it up in the exact same spot and they didn't touch nothing and they charged me for a labor fee
