I will never go back here. I have 2 insurance and only 1 was filed. I kept sending in copies of my insurance because online never worked. To now be fighting a collection agency when I have BOTH insurance and my deductible is met. Very inconvenient, seeing it's in the same building as my PCP and down the road from my job. Will use NRH lab only. Super kind, and has no issue running both insurance!

I had a terrible experience at this location! Had my lab done in Mar 2023 insurance paid 90% , in June i have been contacting by collection company to pay $80 which I never received any bill or correspondence from them.

Unable to pay a simple bill without a paper bill, because myquest doesn't separate the account number and every combination I used was incorrect. The phone number on a Google search is disconnected, no surprise.

Their billing system is the worst. They never ran my insurance and charged me 203 dollars for blood test. I've been making 40 dollar payments for a bill that, turns out, I was only responsible for 30. Now they're beating around the bush and won't run my EOB and credit me my money back. This is ridiculous, and in co vinced they don't train their folks to actually run insurance. Just bills.

They ran my payment card twice, then sent me a second bill for the same test. I brought their attention to the original charge which was completed twice, and was told an investigation would be opened to reverse the duplicate. I called them weekly for two months, and was told the investigation was pending. The last time I called, they said they had no record of an investigation. They then sent the second bill, which they confirmed was for the same original test, to a collection agency. I wish we had some sort of choice when our doctors ordered tests.

Have waited for 4 days to get my Covid results. Called customer service and was told to log into my account. My account cannot verify me and no at customer service can help. Please don't waste your time with this company

This was a super efficient place to have testing. It has changed ownership from Mercy to Quest. They no longer open at 7 (convenient to people who work starting at 8). I have been waiting 25 minutes and there are 10 people in the waiting room.

Made an appointment for a covid test at Walmart, who apparently uses this company for whatever reason. Entered all my info, including insurance, and made the appointment. Everything said I was good to go. I get to Walmart and am told that quest is not accepting my insurance info and the tech does not know why, but that I have to contact quest to get it resolved. I asked if I can just get the test without insurance info, as covid tests are supposed to be covered by The Cares Act for those without insurance. I was told that Walmart could take the test and submit it to Quest, but that they would literally throw the test in the trash without my insurance info. Attempted to contact quest to resolve the insurance issue, but could never get through as their online wait time was so long. After reading reviews, I'm assuming this is because they are so backed up with others making complaints. Shameful from a medical institution during a worldwide pandemic. Why the hell is Walmart using this company?

This review is for Quest as an organization. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been trying to get my test results for over three weeks now, and every time I call Quest (the rare times I actually speak with a human), I am told to call DLO, who says call Quest. Quest has no idea what they are talking about, and I am beyond frustrated that it has been this long without my results being uploaded to the MyQuest portal. There is no excuse for this, and all of their "support" is automated so you never get actual help, and the one customer service number they have is absolutely worthless.

Not a very professional organization. I made an appointment for a Covid test. Had a confirmation email and everything but the testing site could not pull me up and when the pharmacist called they somehow couldn't find me either. How can I have a confirmation email but not he in the system? That makes no sense at all
