Okay, so I’ve been going to this subways drive thru for a while and everything is always fine. But specifically whenever this one lady is the one helping me out something goes wrong and this last time I went it was just so ridiculous. I told her my order, one sub was a meatball sub that was a 6” and the other a turkey sub that was a 12”. She then proceeded to ask me if I still wanted chicken on my turkey and I was just so confused? I never mentioned chicken so I told her I wanted turkey (which I told her from the beginning when she was taking my order.) anyways she fixed that mistake in her notes and went inside to start my order. She heads me the order and when I get home I noticed she switched the sizes, so now I had a 12” meatball sub and a 6” turkey sub. So ugh, okay whatever, I go back and ask for the other half that I was supposed to get. Get back home again, eat one half of my turkey(that she didnt toast even though I asked her to) and when I go to grab the other half, I look and see that she put RANCH ON MY SUB ???. ranch. Instead of mayonnaise. Be so fr right now ?. Please I’m begging, pay more attention at work ma’am. On my knees fr fr begging, because how do you mess up that bad, so many times. Anyways, it’s honestly only that lady that keeps messing up every time, unfortunately I don’t know her name.

They were out of a lot of items and after my mailbox getting several of their coupons they have a note saying they can't accept coupons. I realize that isn't important to a lot of people however there are some of us that like, want and need to save a few bucks.
