If you need actual towing, for the love of God, pick any other place.
My brother's truck was stolen and the Tulsa Police used this company. The police found his truck and strongly suggested he get it towed, he agreed because he had a truck towed in AZ before and it was only $50. If we had known how outrageous the prices would be, we would have told them not to touch the truck at all. At the end of the day, they wanted $523.85, literally down to the cent. If anyone else here has had the pleasure of being made a victim twice over, write to the Attorney General, like I did, naming Allied Towing of Tulsa and the Tulsa Police, specifically. The best part was getting the cost breakdown which I will happily share with you all.
Storage $191.53
Fuel Surcharge $22.44
Hourly Rate Port to Port $149.63
Dollys/Rollback $39.90
Recovery Time 1/4 hr $24.94
Registration Check - Law Enforcement $19.95
Certified Mail $9.16
Title 42 - Notification Processing Fee $50.00
Tax $16.31
It's funny how they say the state of Oklahoma sets the price. According to Okla. Stat. tit. 47 § 953.1, the state of Oklahoma sets the *maximum* price for *nonconsensual* towing. For instance, it states that the maximum amount of money they are allowed to charge for the use of a dolly/rollback is $30. So, as we can see here, Oklahoma limits the amount of money a towing company is allowed to charge you. If the company decides to follow that pricing and charge you the maximum for nonconsensual towing, then that is their decision. The Department of Public Safety regulates towing companies so, I'm writing to them next. I hope that every single one of you guys has the day you deserve.
At the end of the day, the truck wasn't worth the amount of money to pay to get it back or pay for towing so the truck will remain there. Basically, my brother's truck got stolen twice.
And they will auction it off at 40 days, which the law says the minimum amount of days they have to wait before auctioning is 11. So, they must know they won't get much for the truck from auction and are hoping that my brother will rack up additional fees with their 25 dollars a day fee. So they can get a bigger paycheck in the end. Aren't they swell and just the best towing company ever!

Made it super easy to retrieve my vehicle and even recommended another tow company with cheaper rates to help get my vehicle towed off the lot. I was extremely grateful.

I was involved in an accident. I had another tow truck on the way, but TPD made me use Allied because they got there first. The driver was professional and courteous. The young lady at the desk was just doing her job, but damn, a 350 dollar tow bill for 6 miles?? And make sure you bring cash and it's exact change. They will charge extra to use a debit card.I had to go to a store and buy a bag of chips to get change because they don't do change??!!! The employees were great, it's just a very predatory business model that takes advantage of a city contract that gives them the benefit of charging whatever they want. No competition will do that.

I would rather walk on hot concrete than use this company. Poor customer service. They have never cared about people and I feel confident in saying they never will. They are all about the money. Actually embarrassed that they are a local company because they do not represent the Oklahoma standard. So there's NO CHANCE I believe it's female owned and Indigenous at that. NO POSSIBLE WAY!

Nice people, there's not much to rate with tow yards. Someone had stolen my vehicle, and they let me go take pictures without hassle.

I was screwed over by the City of Tulsa.
They towed my car in on a Sunday because it was in front of a residential mailbox belonging to my son's friend while I was in an ambulance being prepped for a ride to the hospital due to old man health and breathing problems stemming from COVID-19. Fine way to treat a veteran. All thanks to the Tulsa Police Department. The worst Police Dept. in the United States. They can't recover my stolen truck, but they can damn sure tow my car for no good reason!!! ??????

LOGAN SHULTZ should be FIRED! Me and my son tboned. I was hit on my side, under a traffic light. He didn't stop at the red light. I had to go to ER. Police had my truck impounded to this horrible inhumane place. I had conversations strictly with him. He told me it would be $257 to get my truck out. And then proceeded to say that it will be an additional $25 a day every day that it is there. He was rude and didn't offer any suggestions given my situation. Thank God I called my insurance company and they are covering all storage fees for two days. I went back in to inform Logan that my insurance company would cover all the fees, he proceeded to tell me it's rare for insurance companies to cover fees with a smirk on his face. He is extremely unprofessional, rude, insensitive, and a complete disgrace to any employer.

After accident the car was towed by allied and it is criminal what they charge for you to get it out. Police must be getting a kick back.

Possibly the worst business in Tulsa, we had a total of seven electrical parts stolen off of our vehicle. They charge more than they publicly tell you and the worker at the front desk takes portions of the money given to the company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I didn't interact with a single person here that had a good attitude. A pack of complete jerks trying to take as much money as they can from people going through hard times.
