I was recently a victim of fraud and I went into this branch and was met with Eilin. She was patient, kind and took the time to resolve my problem by calling the fraud department. It was such a relief as the charges were significant. I appreciate her help very much and I will be back to this location in the future because of Eilin!

Do not come here unless you want to wait on average 15-20 minutes per customer in front of you. It doesn’t make any sense how slowly tellers move between customers at this branch. It is also next to impossible to get anyone from the branch on the phone.

I visited this branch today to close an RBC account that I no longer use frequently. For some reason, my account was locked, and I was unable to transfer funds via E-transfer to my primary account at another bank. I asked a lady who was assisting me to unlock my account, but she refused, stating, "We have no reason to fulfill your request since you are no longer our customer." As a result, I had to spend $9 to issue a check. To avoid experiencing the same situation, I recommend that you complete all necessary transactions while you are still a customer before closing your account. Thank you for your unexpected kindness and assistance.

They only had 1-2 tellers working despite having kiosks for at least nine. Would not recommend this location for quick banking over your lunch period.

If I had a loonie for each time I went in on a Saturday and heard a fire alarm, I'd have three loonies. Which isn't a lot but is weird it has happened thrice.
RBC, please fix your fire alarms.

Inconsistent with their practices and policies.
While the branch at Dundas is willing to endorse my personal documents to certify them as true copies, this branch refused to help.
Will be heading to the Dundas Branch to have the needful done.

i wish i can give it a 0. rbc has made banking 10x harder. cancel your accounts and just move to any other canadian bank because rbc is straight garbage!! ive used this bank for years and this past year, ive been unable to access my accounts, every time i try to get it fixed, im faced with more issues all because of the new security upgrade making it nearly impossible for me to access anything….

A newbie told me I can not update my sin number in branch, even if I have my official documents in hand. I found another branch and did it in 5 mins. 100% trash

I visited this RBC branch and got great help from an employee, very quickly, in a friendly manner. I am quite pleased with today's experience.

Ms Sabrina Jebo is unbelievable to be the face of RBC, been 2 months for a simple card issue, and it has taken away my trust from this branch. (1) She misguided me for a simple Credit Card application — even Visa department was shocked on what she guided me.(2) Then on Visa’s direction I emailed her and she did not complete my request again. I kept emailing in decent days gaps, but no response.(3) Later, I visited the branch again, she said she was on leaves (for 2 months!! - I said that it was not possible, to which she has no words obviously, but I wouldn’t get into details, I just need help on my card PLEASE!). She didn’t even realize that it was a concern for me, and promised to call me after “HER 4 days long weekend” despite that I visited branch during working hours.(4) She did not call me back, obviously. I was not shocked by now. So I emailed her back to remind her politely.(5) She called me back after her email and was rude when I asked for helping me escalating the request as it had been 2 months.Dear RBC Main Offices: The employee calls and emails must REALLY be used for training purposes. I would nominate Ms Sabrina Jebo for a Soft-skills training. Upon completion (which I doubt she will make it), I’d nominate her for Formal Working Procedures training as she is unable to help with a simple credit card application.

This might be the poorest run bank I've ever seen. Went in there was a giant line and there was two tellers who seemed to primarily be asking each other questions. Waited my turn because things happen...maybe someone was sick, people could be training. Finally got up to counter and lady told me I didn't have an account with them. I had my bank card in my hand which she put in and said. Huh wonder why that didn't show? I then said I needed a draft based on some money I had put in from my corporate account. Again "you don't have a business account " another card...another "huh" we never did get a draft. She did ask her manager, another teller and stared at the screen for awhile so I mean what else can you ask.Computer, manager, co workers?...not like a bank draft is something you can just get at a bank ?...this is very complicated stuff I guess
