I have not shopped in a Banana Republic for years. I just happened to be in this mall on a short trip out of town. I saw a trench coat I liked. A pleasant young salesman said they had it in black. I bought it. The service was great and I was very happy with my purchase.

I visited the store yesterday and encountered a delightful young lady named Jessica. She was the only one working at the time, and I found her to be exceptionally kind and sincere. Jessica made a great effort to assist me in the men's section, and she exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Jessica when visiting Banana Republic.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had starting from DM Stacey and to sales associates. They refused to return a dress that had a quality defect, and claimed it was perfectly fine, leaving me with a loss of around a hundred dollars and lots of disappointment. How terrible is this customer service?!! So instead of cooperating and coming up with a solution, DM Stacey threw this issue onto my shoulders so it becomes my problem (she doesn’t want to do her job and help customers). Regardless of how the situation turned out, her attitude and tone was incredibly disrespectful and belittling. She spoke to me AND my family as if we were incapable of understanding normal speech. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I trust that once the head office finds this review, Stacy and her position will be thoroughly reviewed and given proper training on how to treat customers and other people in general with decent human respect — the bare minimum any human should have.

It was my first ever purchase at this brand and store. Regret to say it’s going to be my last because of their stupid policies. I bought a sweater on 31st March. Came back in 10 days to return but didn’t have the receipt. They told me come within 30 days with receipt for a full refund. I went back on 30th April.First they are arguing about the number of days. They want to count 31st March as day 1.Secondly they want to insist on the fact that this sweater does not belong to their store. Because of a little issue of their IN HOUSE fault of their system where a certain code was mention as 04 instead of 004 at the end.Third, even before all this issue started. The attendant who I later learnt was the store manager. I’m not sure about her name but I was something like Nida or Anita as refused to give her name but I heard her tell her name to someone else so that how I remember: anyway, what she did was, she was dealing with me and in between she acted racist and started dealing with another customer in the aisle beside as that customer was saying that she was in a hurry. She didn’t even apologize for her behaviour.Fourthly, as we were still discussing on how to get over with this issue, I received a small phone call and when I turn back, she is gone. Without solving my issue and telling her colleague that she won’t be coming back, it meant she does not care at all about her customer or in solving their issue.I praise the criteria how this person was appointed as store manager. She has ZERO customer service ethics.It brings down the brand image. Atleast for me.

What a peaceful beautiful clean mall. We went into the banana republic. So clean. Everything was so much in order. We had Rawa help us out. I think I am spelling her name correctly. She was so helpful. She helped my husband put together his whole outfit for a wedding overseas. She was patient, so knowledgable and so correct with sizing. So so friendly. Very hard to find an employee who shows so much kindness and love in what they do. Thanks again Rawa. We appreciated you!

Shoutout to Manuela! A couple of months ago I was shopping alone and she was the sweetest person ever helping me pick out what I needed. I felt like I was there for over an hour and she managed to stay with me and take care of other customers at the same time! She was so professional, friendly and loved her ideas! She’s the greatest , I would 100% go there again because of her!

My wife and I both enjoy and like Banana republics.Their quality is very good. They do have some good sales. Sign up for their email notifications. This store is located in the Tanger Outlet mall in Cookstown. Well laid out store.

Around this mall we encounter a lot of checked out staff, so we were very pleasantly surprised to come across the friendly and engaged staff at Banana Republic. They offered fashion and fit advice and really went the extra mile for us. Excellent experience. Thank you so much.
