I ordered an ipad from you 3 weeks ago and once i received an email saying “your package is on the way” the shipping number did not work. I tried contacting you but your phone number and email is out of service. Contacted best buy and they said they could not do anything about it. I need this ipad for school and just spent over $500 and i could not return it without the physical package. Very disappointed that your company can’t do their job right.

Accepted order a week ago and said they wouldn’t take the money until it was shipped… took the money first day it’s now day 8 without the item leaving their store …..

I gave 1 star because there is no 0....I ordered a laptop on July 19...shipping should have been on the 21st...it's July 25th, nothing received... .and impossible to reach them...the phone is answered...the line has not been available for 3 days...but it didn't take long for my credit card to be billed

Met with Sam and bought a new Mac. The computer was brand new and still sealed in original Apple packaging. Sam was helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the computer is great. Looking forward to buying more equipment from him in the near future!

The Customer Service I received was top notch.
I ordered an "Open Box' IPAD PRO 512 GB.
Turns out they had sold the last one.
In it's place they shipped me a brand new one for the 'Open Box' price!!!

The pricing is great and I always have good experience here . It’s hard to find this pricing in the marketing. I bought two different MacBook here and never have any problem.
