Called the clock factory for help on fixing my grandfather clock. Patricia was great over the phone and had Perry out the next day to fix my clock. He was very professional and respectful and took his care and time to fix my grandfather clock. My clock has deep sentimental value to me which i let Patricia know and their service emulated that. I love this place and so will you:)

I went here yesterday & got my watch resized. Staff is very friendly & kind. The service was done very quickly and done professionally. The store is awesome! Very unique watches from old school to modern! Definitely recommend!

I have been going to the Clock Factory for more years than I can count. I was referred there by a friend many years ago when I had a unique clock that needed to be repaired and had been told by others that it couldn't be repaired. They fixed it for me. They are efficient, reasonable and lWendy and Jessica are lovely people to deal with. If you need repairs or are in the market for unique clocks or watches, don't hesitate.

The service is not Canadian. This surprised me. It is immediately obvious that this is a family business. It's a pity that you can't find Canada like this anymore. Ideal attitude towards the client.

Have a Citizen Eco Drive that needs a special battery and attention. Saw the great reviews and decided to take the drive way out there to give them a try. Awesome fast service and great prices. Ended up buying a new watch while waiting.

We had a great experience here this morning. The lady who helped us was kind and helpful. She changed 7 watch batteries for us on the spot. Took about 15 mins. We enjoyed looking around at all the vintage clocks and watches as we waited. Very lovely store. Would highly recommend
