TLDR: Do not go to Home Depot to buy blinds.
Went to this Home Depot on Thursday, November 14, 2024 to buy blinds for 6 windows. I came in prepared, knowing exactly what I wanted, colours, style, measurements. I got Charles, who was working that area to help me. Right from the start, I could tell he didn’t want to help (I assume too much work and timed involved to do my order). His language and body language just screamed he didn’t want to do this. As soon as he offered that I should get the free consultation, I took it. The next day, Flavio calls me. I answer and say my name. He prononces it wrong. I correct him. He was so rude, no apology, no attempt at pronouncing my name correctly. He was more or less like « ya! Whatever, you want to book a consultation for blinds? » At which point I told me I didn’t. I was happy to go somewhere else.
I’ve visited this store many times for different purchases, this is the first time I needed more attention and more time from their associates. To say this was a disappointment is an understatement.

Visited this Home Depot to pick up Christmas decorations and some home decor. Love that they have such a festive holiday display. Recently had been to this location to purchase shelving units, paint and an area rug. Great store layout and lots of stock to choose from. Easy self check out process. Staff was helpful too when I asked about a garden plant product. Would definitely recommend store. ?☃️?
Update: Home Depot has their Halloween decor set up! There are so many spooky ones to choose from this year! I love this Autumn season because it's always so fun and festive. Happy shopping. ???

I just had the BEST experience with Nilton’s help!! I came in looking for a specific piece of drywall but it was out of stock. He was able to point me in the right direction to get my job done today!! I am new to the neighbourhood and will certainly be back for all my other new home projects!!!

Very unorganized store. No plumbing sign to indicate which aisle it was. Also aisles are mislabeled as to what is in each aisle
