I would like to use this station but since they got new pumps they seem to be set up incorrectly. Pump keeps cutting out unlike any other pumps in Kemptville. I have Journey Points plan but will not spend 15 min trying to fill my tank. When just down the road it pumps fine at other stations.

Price for propane tank refills are not reasonable. Otherwise another star.

Stop in to get propane at rush hour on weekday so 5-6 pm. Only one person working so couldn’t get my tank filled. Why have it if your not going to have staff to work it. Even dropped off first went and got groceries and returned and still not filled.

Now that the "pay at the pump" is working again, I'll stop by for fuel fill-ups. Overpriced propane tank refills, though!

Almost half the pumps don't work. Haven't for months. Few take the journie card info. When I mentioned this to the attendant he just stared at me. When I said I would contact corporate, he said "sure, do that". I will use other Parkland stations if in the area.
