Worst parts of thrifting mixed with the worst parts of vintage curation. Somehow the selection is incredibly poor in quality and style, however the prices are 10x that of the other second-hand clothing stores. This store tries too hard to be cool, but it's just coming off pretentious and in bad taste.

Absolutely love my olive green Polo Ralph Lauren t-shirt from Chaotic Closet! The quality is top-notch. Shipping was fast, and the customer service was excellent, so helpful and responsive. Despite the amazing selection and styling at Chaotic Closet, I have found amazing variety of dresses. Additionally, their marketing tactics on social media and other platforms can sometimes feel overwhelming and intrusive. Keep it up

Double charged me on debit when purchasing a single item at the store downtown. Bank identified both charges went through while the owner mentioned they were "confident" there was only one charge, before not responding to any more emails
Double check your bill as you will just get ghosted via email
UPDATE: See the response from owner trying to get around the issue. My bank clarified I wasnt charged credit. But did confirm both debit charges absolutely went through. Response is 100% wrong and trying to weasel out of the issue. Bank actually notified me about it but the owner knows better
