I love coming to this gym because of Melissa. She is so friendly and helpful is always there when we need her. She is very good to us members is very quick to resolve any issues that we may have. This gym is so lucky to have her!

Great gym with friendly and motivating staff. I signed up for personal training here for about a year, and if thats what you are looking for, this gym is it. Special shout out to my trainer Dave for going above and beyond every single training session! Working out with him was a fantastic experience and I saw great results!
