Went to purchase a leather wallet, but I didn’t realize there was a visible hole in the leather, that was made by the tagging gun when putting the price on it. I was already in line so I decided to ask if they would offer a discount and they said $1 (which is a joke), I asked for at least 10% off and they said “no, it’s just a hole, it won’t get ruined”. As if the hole wasn’t created by the employees tagging the wallet. ?

There are plenty of household items and clothes in here. There are a lot of deals waiting to be discovered. I am new to London and I think that it would be a great place for you to visit when you just move into a new home and look for items to fill in the house.

I would give zero Stars if I could. I forgot my TJX member card when I made a purchase. I asked if I could return within the 30 days if I brought my card and ID proving that it was my account and the lady told me that yes it shouldn't be a problem. I then wanted to do the return after 10 days with my ID and my card linked to me and was told that they could do store credit and that if I didn't like it I shouldn't shop there anymore. So you bet I'm never shopping here again. Staff is rude and clearly not trained ?

Poor service compare with other stores. I bought a gift card and I wanted an envelope. cashier with horse face lady dark hair didn’t show any patience.
And I have to wait in line twice because cashiers gave me wrong instructions on locating the things I want. Poor training.
As a customer how spent $15k per year I’m not happy with this experience.

Great selection of items. Been buying from this store couple of times. However, the last time we were here, we got charged for an item that we did not buy. I noticed it when i opened one of the bags that we bought. I do not know if we can still dispute the charge since its been a week since we visited the store.

Heartbroken because I used to love this location. Security followed my family and I around like we were criminals. Spent lots of my hard earned money here. Will not be back.

Prices are not bad. I always check the end of the aisles for clearance items 1st. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful

I was at HomeSense this morning and as I was walking around this well organized and brightly lit store a small cart on wheels fell off the shelf and smacked me on the shin .An employee came to help me and his manager came over and brought an ice pack.They were so courteous and caring.Jason B and another employee who I'm sorry I didn't get his name were awesome .The ice pack immediately made the swelling go down..I love this store...
