The customer service we received today from the owner was beyond outstanding. Six months ago we purchased a Miele canister vacuum, but soon discovered that the angle of the handle really bothered my mom’s hands and arm. On a whim, I contacted McCardy via email to ask if they’d consider a trade. I was informed that returns normally have to be made within 30 days but perhaps an exception could be made. The owner asked for photos which we sent and after a review not only did he allow us to trade the vacuum for something different, he gave us back the full purchase price. This type of customer service is rarely found these days. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Went in for something seemingly minor, but still something I assumed they would charge me for. Which they didn’t because it was “just troubleshooting.” ?

I LOVE my Miele vacuum! I've never loved a vacuum before. I git the HEPA filter on the exhaust so no more nasty dust and smell when I vacuum. Great service from McHardy - prompt and polite!

the floor attachment to my Dyson broke and so I ordered a replacement here. They had fantastic service, the vacuum attachment arrived within a couple of days. Through human error, it was not the right one but they were quick to fix the situation and I am very satisfied not only with their quick response, and quality of product, but with their willingness to resolve my issue. I will use them in the future and recommend them to my colleagues.

Amazing customer service! My Dyson wasn't working and I had several family members look at it but no one was able to fix it. I brought it to McHardy Vacuum and they fixed it in 5-10 minutes. The employees are very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I highly recommend them!
