This place is higher gas prices and their carwash is outdated and scratches your wheels from getting pulled on conveyor belt, inside isn’t a touch-less wash either, the pads will swirl/scratch all the paint

I have a seasonal pass. Washed my car earliar today. Car was still dirty. The guy gave me the rewash. I went to my regular Petro Canada carwash to wash it again, it did not work. The guy mentioned it was cancelled by the gas station that printed it. Really bad business ethics. I had to wait 20 mins in the line at Oxford and Proudfoot to find it it was cancelled out by you guys. Would never come here again. Highly suggest to not use this carwash. Got 2 scratches on the door from the brush wash.

I have been going through the carwash here for the past two years without any problems but a week ago that all changed when the last brushes on the right side grabbed my rear wiper and bent it so far that it broke the arm. I went the next day and spoke with the manager and showed him the damage and filled out a damage report he said he would look at the video in the carwash and let me know what he could do for me and I was worried about using the carwash again but I don't want to drive 15min to another one and he said that it couldn't have been the carwash so two days later I had bought a new arm witch cost me $80 didn't put it on because I didn't want the same thing too happen and tried the carwash again and this time it did the same thing but ripped off the wiper blade so I had the person working take a picture of the now broken arm and ripped off wiper blade and went back in the morning t speak with the manager again and he agreed to pay the full amount for the parts $140.00. I will never be using this carwash again, I hope that they can figure out why this is happening before more vehicles get damaged.

Wont let me come and look at the energy drinks. Out plowing all night dont normally drink them dont know what I want wouldn't let me in the store to see what's available. Never going to Petro can again.

Worst experience ever for carwash, they don’t want to give the re-carwash because they think it’s not their fault! Go somewhere to get a wash! This picture is right after the carwash. You have lost a season pass holder because of your customer service!

Worst car wash ever! They don't have the pay on the spot option. Instead of letting us through without a wash, they asked us to get out and ask the drivers behind us to back up, so we can get out. They had 8 cars wait for 20 minutes. The person on the speaker "Joel" did not give us proper instructions. Finally we got down, paid at the gas station and the cars could proceed. Never coming back here again!
