Visited to Buy a suit and staff were really helpful to let me try different colour combinations and when size is not available they helped me to order from the store and delivered in 2 days. Amazing customer service.

Feb 25/25 - My husband and my self walk into this store hoping to find an outfit for me to wear for my mom's funeral and the associate working the was very mindful of the situation since I didn't know what I wanted to wear . She handled everything very professional, and even helped us with the other stores we had to go to for location . I wish there were more people like this . I definitely will share this with other friends of ours . Sorry I did not catch her name . But she made my day .

Their staffs treat customers like thieves, they follow you wherever you go, and monitor you as if you’re stealing something always, always they had done before and I was thinking it’s fine because their stuff is good so go and buy. NOT anymore never going back that store. And the big darker skin girl is very rude and racist maybe that’s way they don’t have customers, the store is empty all the time…

Went into the store twice over the last week. The first time, the associate couldn’t be bothered to help with anything, so we helped ourselves to the changeroom. We were only spoken to on our way out (as we were putting the clothes we tried on back on the tables). She seemed sad to lose a sale, but she didn’t even bother. Better experience up at Masonville, this store should take notes, as they don’t even try to help anyone. After asking if they had something in stock (which they didn’t) they made no attempt to provide alternatives. Judging by other reviews left over the last year, I am not alone- but yet there is no change or improvement.

I had to make a return of some items and was kindly greeted by Davawn the store manager. She was extremely efficient and friendly while processing the return. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future! Thank you Davawn!
