Tbooth. Reception terrible, phone is terrible. Doesn’t hold battery over heats. Got scammed into a useless plan I can’t even use

Had just got a new phone and my Authenticator app wasn’t working and I was locked out of my work programming. In a panic I went back and put my fate in Bimal’s hands. He did not disappoint. He didn’t need to help me as part of his job but he was committed to trying. What a blessing. I was able to return home and get back to work!

I went there and got an IPHONE 15 PRO MAX from a nice tall man with curly hair called Mahmoud. He genuinely tried helping me out and saved me a lot of money on the other stupid plan I got elsewhere. I ended up getting a phone and a better plan. 100% will recommend, find Mahmoud for a better experience as well, everyone is generally nice as well

Mohammad or Muhammad however you spell his name he is a tall young middle eastern man with curly hair wasted our time. Went with my mom and brother tonight to get new phone quoted us the wrong deal and Easter our time by the end of it he gave us a quote that was 20 bucks more per month spent an hour there maybe even more and wasted our times do not go to him he does not have complete knowledge of deals very unacceptable

All the workers at tbooth are awesome, they know their stuff and are all such great help when it comes to setting up your phone and hooking you up with an amazing deal! wouldn’t go anywhere else

I’ve been getting my phones here for many years and always appreciated the service. Recently, I went in for an exchange of my warranty screen protector, and was told about a warranty on my case that I was unaware of. I went back to exchange it, and was truly blown away at the extent that this company will go to make a customer happy. Like I said, I was always happy with the service before, but with this recent experience, my mind was blown. I have nothing but great things to say about t booth and would highly recommend them! Easily five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
