Drop off and pick up of the box was timely. Anyone I had contact with was pleasant and positive. The box stored quite a bit (16') and it was well protected. My only concern (and not really the fault of the box) was that some things got wet before putting them into the box and they did not dry in the box and made other things feel damp.

The Storage Box were fast, efficient and had no difficulties at all. They are the only company that allowed you to pay day by day and not for the entire month. They picked up on time early in the morning and dropped off at new location on time. Always called prior to dropping off and picking up. I would definitely use this service again!

Short Answer : They are professionals and know what they are doing , excellent customer support and the experience was really worth it.
Long Answer: I was planning to move between houses with a GAP of 3 month , I was shopping for options either a traditional warehouse storage or the newer method to me which is to store in a transportable box.
The prices for my duration were comparable however The box storage solution was on the higher side . I chose to try it as i m storing furniture and I believed it was the cleaner solution compared to traditional warehouses.
I was skeptical at first before calling them because of all the positive reviews ( I would believe they are paid reviews ) . I can't believe i m writing one right now :D
End of May : Calling customer service and understanding the difference between the different products 16" , 20" and the customer agent working on google to see the street width , the max height of the garage door to balcony and all those other clearance requirements to successfully park the truck in the street and deliver the box . For my case only the the 16" was feasible and not the 20".
The box was delivered on the day of my choosing , I received an SMS the day before. on the Day of delivery , 1 hour earlier the driver called me and told me he is on his way. The driver was professional , delivered the box and answered some of my technical questions. He took photos and i took too ( remember i m still skeptical so i took my own photos to prove the box delivery condition )
Billing was done correctly each month according to the quote so no issues there.
The box was picked up with furniture also at the day of my choosing , the no-tilt system is great so there was no damage to the furniture. ( I took photos before closing the box door and immediately after opening it - 3 month later )
Returning the box to the new location was also ok with another knowledgable driver. ( Same SMS one day before , 1 hour call before drop-off ).
I didn't have a return date for the box so after emptying it with my friends , I gave the storage box a call to come retrieve the empty box. I wanted to have like next day pickup to minimize the bill but the customer agent told me it was not possible because no trucks were available and next possible date is next week ( ahaa now i got you , you wan to take an extra week from my credit card ) . The customer service agent didn't give me time to complete this thought and told me that billing stops today on the day i called them for box retrieval. Wooooooow
5 days later , the bill was refunded with what was remaining and indeed the payment stoped at the day i called.
I would use them again in the future , I would tell my friends about them. I do hope that they continue as they are being customer focused company as this is the only way they will continue to do business.

Extremely helpful, very pleasant to work with. What a brilliant system, dropping taking back to there storage while we moved then bringing the full box, and returning to pick up empty box. Every step was smooth and would highly recommend using them. Thank you for everything.

This was a fantastic experience From the easy arrangements for drop off and pick up The system they use on their trucks to deliver and pick up the containers is excellent As it ensures no damage to driveways and got in under the tree in front yard no problem The container was clean and had a floor that made it very easy to get furniture in and out I have dealt with other container companies and The Storage Box blows them away by far I would whole heartedly recommend The storage box for need that would involve the need for a container

Pretty cool.
The trucks that deliver don't make a mess out of your driveway - the box isn't slid off the truck, it's placed.
Pricing was reasonable for the service offered - way cheaper than pods!
I would use this company again for storage needs, similarly priced to a storage locker of the same size if you think about it, and you didn't have to drag it all there yourself.

Had a 16' Storage Box placed at my house while I was renovating the basement area. The box was delivered next day and efficiently placed in my driveway. Driver supplied blocks used to ensure the Storage Box was levelled. Easy access doors fully opened to allow unobstructed access to the interior. The rigid floor was smooth and without ridges or trip zones. Walls were insulated. Great latching and sealing of the door prevented mice and rodents from entering. The 16' box provided ample space for storage of furniture, boxed items and misc supplies while still allowing a path through the items to the back of the "Box". When finished, Storage Box retrieved the box from my driveway and immediately issued a credit on the account for unused days. Very impressed and very reasonable storage solution. Storage Boxes are well maintained and do not look shabby.

Omgoodness! I would highly recommend The Storage Box to everyone. From the time of booking to delivery and pick up, this company was fantastic. The 2 drivers I had, Kevin and Adam, were top notch. Super friendly and personable. Makes you feel really good with a company that stands behind their commitment to you AND has respectful employees. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. Oh and pricing? Can't be beat. Thank you so much for helping our packing and move be less stressful ❤️

Fantastic service and super helpful. Inexpensive for the convenience. Be sure to review the by-laws for your municipality/city though as some require permits.

When booking a storage bin, staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff that showed up to deliver and pick up bin were polite and professional. I was very satisfied with The Storage Box and would recommend them!
