I chose H&F Jewellery and Jade because of their 5 Star rating on Google and was extremely impressed with their professional service. Their jade selection only includes high quality, type A Jadeite Jade which is impressive.
Vivian in particular communicated with me over Whatsapp across several days, and provided suggestions so I could find a gift for my sister. She was able to help me understand more about jade and the symbolism of each piece, while also making me feel comfortable during the whole process. Thank you Vivian!
I highly recommend visiting in-person as you can see a wider variety of jewellery because not all items are shown on their website. Each Jade stone is unique and it's easier the see the variations in colour, size and shape in real life as opposed to a picture.

Dori and Moon are so friendly and patient! I have made several purchases from both their First Markham Place and Pacific Mall locations. Staff gave us some advices to help us decide what we want for an engagement ring. Very knowledgeable, patience and transparent with products. H&F also has a GIA certified expert to help when needed. High security and I feel safe shopping in the store, will definitely go back.
