i ordered product through their online website and several of the items were incorrect. i have sent messages twice with photos to resolve the issue but have received no response. It seems they throw whatever kind of screw they have in the box if the length matches. There are many great reviews for Adam Tool so I am not sure what is going on but becareful about ordering online.

The worst customer service, the guy at the counter who wears glasses, shows a very bad attitude towards customers, answers in a bad way, seems like he hates his job.
The prices and everything else I applaud them because they are the best, good hours, congratulations but what a bad treatment towards frequent customers.

Adams Tools is a super place! On the Saturday Afternoon of a long weekend, while installing our deck railing, I was short a piece that should have been in our box (and had been in all of our other sections). In a panic, I called Adam Tools as the railing manufacturer was closed….they had it in stock…allowing me to finish my job. They were kind, caring and very helpful! I will be returning to purchase other items as we continue upgrades to our home!
