Just called to ask about renting a carpet cleaner because the internet said they had one. No they do not!! Good thing I called. Nice employee gave me a few suggestions of where to look and gave me phone numbers to make things easier. I appreciated the help.

It is a smaller store but I find that they have a good selection of items for sale.
The service here has always been friendly and helpful. Staff have always been willing to offer suggestions, answer questions, and direct me to the appropriate section when I get lost.

Drove an hour and a half to come grab a 36x12 galvanized window well cover that it says has 1 in stock. The guy laughed at me and said I should’ve called first because they don’t have that even if it says they do. I asked him to double check since I drove so far and he shook his head. Went In The back for maybe 5 seconds and said no. This store is a waste of space. Don’t waste your time like I did

Extremely rude and brainless manager. I asked him to exchange 25amp fuse box for the 15 amp fuse box which i purchased just yesterday from another location. Apart from whatever the POLICIES are….. we have yet not entered the AI era…. We can expect some humanity and empathy…… This manager refused to help and instead said that all my fuse were BLOWN OUT…. He himself is BLOWN OUT….. I spent fuel all the way from brampton to this location, to find out that the fuse were blown out…… The front desk person tried to help but the manager thought that not helping someone is a quicker way to go to hell.

Sold a doly that broke after 10 minutes of use. Refused to refund the next day. Dolly was assembled at the store with help and wad told it was 100 percent good
