Don't try to buy any necklace here because it will be broken within a few weeks, and they won't provide you any warranty at all. Very poor customer service, or I would say there is absolutely NO customer service at all. The sales lady I had talked to, told me no matter what, I have to pay for the repair. And the repair is like 1/4 of the total price which is ridiculous. Poor company

Definitely do not recommend this location! The sales associate refused to show me different variations of an item I inquired about, and would told me that I was not allowed to hold or touch the item before purchasing. Eventually she gave in and let me hold the item and I noticed that it was covered in scratches and had oxidized (it was also the last one in stock). Super hurtful, considering I was excited to make the purchase, and instead received horrible customer service and was treated like a burden, because I might leave my fingerprints on a sterling silver product I intended to actually purchase.

I bought my fiancé’s wedding band from this location. And Johnny was of immense help! He made sure we have the wedding band in time for our special day! He made a 2 day delivery possible and delivered the ring late evening.All my thanks to Johnny for helping us choose the band and getting it to us on time.

Sim gave me the best service of any store I’ve ever been to, period! From stepping foot in the door to surprising my girlfriend with the most beautiful diamond necklace a few days later, Sim made sure that I was taken care of to the highest degree possible and went above and beyond what I could ask for. She truly cares about her clients and was completely non judgemental; she was not for a second doubtful of the value of my business unlike many other high end establishments that see young first time clientele. She helped me setup an amazing surprise and made a perfect display for the necklace that I could present to my girlfriend for her new diamond! As for the product? Amazing as well, quality like no other.
