A clean and relatively new building just off the 401 near the Flying J. The rooms have all the amenities, though limited tv channels. A modest breakfast is served in the morning with a coffee machine with plenty of options. Had a small salt water pool and work out room.

This is a smaller hotel, but very enjoyable. The hotel is clean and I really enjoyed my stay. There are many restaurants close by, and shopping is great in Downtown Napanee.

Was there for two nights, very please with services. The room was large, clean had everything you would need. The breakfast was very good as well, had a good verity even french vanilla Creamer for my coffee.
Would definitely stay again!

It’s a pet friendly hotel so be prepared to get a room that smells like pet urine… we notified the staff and they sprayed the room to make it smell better for a few hours maybe… not the best experience for sure

Everything we needed. Comfy beds, good staff and even gluten free bread at breakfast. Note: pool is on the small side and full of kids in morning so my teenagers didn't want to go in.

One of the worst hotels we have ever been to. It's relatively new, but the hotel's decor and construction quality looks like it's from the last century. There's not much difference from a real Comfort Inn in mediocre quality. The rooms are not soundproofed. There were kids running in the hallways after 10 PM in the evening and starting at 7 AM in the morning. We woke up in the morning to all these noises. Also, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms. There was a birthday party in the lobby at 11 PM. People were singing loudly and were very disruptive. The receptionist did nothing to handle the situation. The cleanliness of the room was just terrible. The bed comforter was stained and had several hairs on it. There were hairs everywhere in the shower. Mold was found in several places in the shower. The shower head barely fit on the wall. The hand towels were stained. The thermostat was loose on the wall. The air conditioner was very noisy. It was late when we arrived and the hotel was full, so we did not report the situation to Reception. We left pretty quickly the next morning. Finally, it was nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning, but the scrambled eggs were soaking in liquid, the breakfast potatoes oozed grease, and the coffee tasted like water. It makes no sense to charge $200+ for a room of this terrible quality.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool. It was quite warm. The staff were very friendly!

Nice and clean , nice indoor pool , inside gym , free lemon water , free breakfast from 7-10.am across street a Timmy , block from flying J . Close to groceries and restaurants and drug store. WiFi very strong . Front desk clerks fantastic . Double beds , rooms are big . Visited nappanee.
Rooms: Rooms are bright and clean , have control on AC . Tv cable.
Safety: Always someone to call if something is wrong.
Walkability: Timmy and gas bar close to walking distance.
