Went to get a lighter at 6h15am (still a little dark out) and when I was just about to walk in I looked through the glass and saw cashier picking his nose. It is so gross. Not what any customer should be seeing 1st thing in the morning

This place used to be my to-go car wash in Nepean because I found it to be better than Circle K car wash in the area.
As of recently, I found out that the glossy wax option at this car wash does not work as intended because it only sprays on the right side of the car.

Advertises specials in the store but then doesn't honour those prices. Special was not out of date. Law clearly states if you advertise a price you must honour it but they refuse to do it. No doubt hoping customers simply won't notice. Gas prices are alway much higher then other stations in the area. This is one of Ottawa's worst Petro Canada stations. Will never return to this location.

not a good fan i had a wash on june 4 2025 at around 8pm . So i had some dirt and bugs like still stuck on the front grill and bumper. I asked the staff he told this wont be removed in a touchless wash and be instructed be you should be going to a brush car wash or to be doing myself. I am technically unaware and dont know if it will be removed by other touchless
. So i never will return to this place

I think we all know what to expect with Petro Canada car washes… but this one is special. The touchless car wash is actually not closed 99.99% of the time like others. The catch? Insane potholes on your way in. Pick your poison I guess.

This car wash handles a high volume of cars daily but suffers from low maintenance. The staff are poorly trained and unable to address the frequent, recurring issues.

The employee Kyle was so unbelievably rude and condescending when I was trying to clarify my receipt because their system went down mid pumping gas. So much so that I called him on it and the customer behind me even came up to me outside to validate his poor behaviour. He needs retraining on customer service and basic human interaction. Petro Canada I know it’s hard to find good help but I’m certain you can do better than Kyle!

I wish I can rate below 1 star. This happened 2nd time foam from car didn’t cleaned well. I complained to the CSR. He mentioned this isn’t foam but water. Dryer in car wash is a complementary given to customer and they cannot do much if water isnt drying. I don’t understand if its water then why it look like foam. Petro-Canada guys you really need to inspect your machines.
