I had a very unpleasant experience at this store due to one of the male staff members. He was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic manners. His attitude made it clear that he had no interest in helping customers. I strongly suggest that he undergo proper training on how to communicate respectfully before continuing to work in customer service.

I had a long-standing issue with my Rogers account that was quickly resolved by Abdul Behjat, who works at the store on the second floor of Beyshore Mall today. His work is meticulous, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. As a business owner, I am always looking for ways to minimize expenses while maximizing benefits.
With that said, I have never experienced a business and employees so focused on solutions. An employee by the name of Abdul was very helpful with creative solutions to maximize the benefits my business would receive from doing business with them.
I could gladly say that my monthly wireless costs have been slashed in half. Definitely will be revisiting for any future needs.
