They did not honour their store policy of 60days return, website clearly stated its a 60days return/exchange.
Also store staff was very rude about it and replied that it’s 30 days return policy so please let me know if 30 days or 60 days and train your staff with the right information!!!

This place really they don't care about customers just they pretending we care my badest experience I bought safety shoes in their polices they said u can return back to store after one month but I try when I go my home and I wear it one day in work I understand it's biger than me when I return it to switch the shoes first day one employee she told me it's damage and she want to talk her manager second I back when the manager over there and she said it's okay nothing was damaged but at last the manager also she find reason to stop to exchange the shoes I bought it first just she showed me small things was damaged at all I confrim the store just they didn't follow the polices they was write only in paper I know nothing was changed I hope they will change their polices and they try to explian more for customer before he or she buy to tell them the truth

I had an awesome experience at the Work Authority store yesterday!
I was looking for a bomber work jacket and safety boots, and they had exactly what I needed. The selection was solid, with high-quality options to choose from. What really made the visit great was the customer service. The staff were super helpful, patient, and knew their stuff. They walked me through my choices, explained the features, and helped me pick the perfect gear.
I left with a durable jacket and some seriously comfortable boots that I know will hold up. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in. I’ll definitely be back for more workwear. Highly recommend!

The worst blind in Canada. Amazon must stop the collaboration with them..I asked for size 7 of the safety shoes they gave me the 7.5 when I returned it they don't want to return the shoes because the writing is erased but it's not my responsibility The fault is the poor quality of the shoes. I wasted my time for nothing...

They closed a minute before closing I lived far by had to reach before 5 pm they were already closed. I asked them if I could get something within two minutes. They denied.
I know closing on time is a must but sometime making exceptions for 1-2 minute might help creating good customer image.

I had a wonderful experience at Work Authority store yesterday. All staffs were friendly. William was especially helpful and attentive, guiding both my father and me with great patience and knowledge. His friendly demeanor and expertise made our visit enjoyable, and we found exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning!

Brand new shoes, Never worn ever!
They can't take it back. Worst experience. Don't buy from work authority if you have 0.01% doubt that you might have to return it.
Moreover, the seller took the box away and honesty I haven't asked for it because again we believe in good customer service in Canada and I haven't bought it for returning. Although, when I went to return it the person on counter said you don't have original packaging. Obviously, I haven't.
Please be advised go to Marks, Walmart, Canadian Tire But say no to "Work Authority"
Giving one star because I can't give zero. So disappointed.

Based on response I sent them an email with the images and receipt for the shoes, Haven't heard anything after. Again, They are showing they do care about customers but looks like they are pretending. You can see many reviews below on quality of their product.
