I’m warning everyone who thinks of buying a vehicle from this place, DONT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
This message is for Eli. My husband bought a Dodge RAM Pro Master from this place back in March 6th. When he picked it up, my husband noticed several issues with the truck, my husband is an auto mechanic and he noticed:
Faulty Battery
Parking brake
Washer fluid not coming out
Bulb is blown
Malfunction indicator light is on
Squeaking noise while idling
Check excess play in steering wheel
Rear door lock does not work
He drove it back the same day and told Eli all the issues. We are now on MAY 21st, 2 months and 2 weeks from the purchase date and from when he told Eli all the issues. My husband brought a warranty and to this day, HE STILL HAS NOT FIXED IT.

Don't trust a word when they speak about the car they sell where is goverment is really riping off people in canada allowed this place should be investigated
I had the misfortune of dealing with Elite Vadil at CarSolutionsCanada. From the start, Elite was pushy and unprofessional. He made false promises about the vehicle's condition and history, which I later discovered were completely inaccurate. The car had existing problems that Elite claimed didn't exist. When I confronted him, he became defensive and dismissive. I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Elite Vadil or CarSolutionsCanada

Bad customer service! The guy who was inside the shop he refuse to give us a test drive. He said he wanna make sure you going to purchase the car before test drive. How someone can buy a car before test drive. Not only this i talk to him over mail the price was different and the one he posted on facebook app was different thank god i didn’t buy the car be aware from these kind of small dealerships. You guys can contact who you want you reviewed my concern after one year🤣 you think I really have this much time and I care enough to give you a fake view,? Get your shit together bud. I had this experience 6 years ago you replied to my review after year. Pretending to be concerned

Dealt with Kevin Leon and he’s a slime dog. I inquired about a vehicle. Asked for pictures. Asked for numbers. Nothing was provided except an application.I filled out the application, Sandra from financing just called me to inform my financing request was rejected. I told her about my complaint, she said all that was supposed to be done prior to the application.Kevin did none of that for me.

I have had excellent service. I am satisfied with the vehicle. I bought Ford transit connect, 2015 year. I hope the car will be as excellent as the service. I am especially pleased with the warranty that comes with the car , the cost of which is included in the price of the car.
