The prices are reasonable and competitive. At times people are looking for an honest mechanic if you're anything like me and have minimal knowledge about cars at best this is a great shop for peace of mind. I've never been disappointed in all the years.

Avoid East Coast Automotive Repair Service Inc. at All Costs
I recently entrusted my Toyota Highlander to East Coast Automotive Repair Service Inc. for a simple alternator replacement. The experience was nothing short of disastrous.
After leaving my vehicle with them, I was shocked to receive a call informing me that the repair would cost a staggering $1030. I immediately declined the service, as this price was far beyond reasonable.
When I picked up my car, I was pressured to pay a $60 fee, which I reluctantly agreed to. However, I promptly took my vehicle to another mechanic, who completed the alternator replacement for a fair price of $300.
I strongly advise against using East Coast Automotive Repair Service Inc. Their exorbitant pricing and unprofessional behavior are unacceptable. I feel deceived and frustrated by their lack of transparency and honesty.

Seems to be a great little shop. Straight to the point with the issues and I wasn't pressured into any extras.
