Early one morning I had open my garage door like every morning and my garage door cable had given out and wouldn’t open or close anymore and didn’t know what to do so I called my fiancé and ask if she knew anyone and recommended J&S garage door the moment Joseph picked up my phone call I knew I was in good hands his crew and in a timely manner and got my door fixed in no time and did such an amazing job. Thank you J&S for making my Friday turn from a bad one to a great one.

We have nothing but praise for J&S Garage Doors. From the moment Nina answered my phone call, to the contact she maintained until the service appointment, we were most impressed. Waleed came promptly, addressed the issues at hand, informed us of another existing problem, and outlined our options. Although we ended up having to replace our old opener, we did so without any pressure from Waleed; instead he thoroughly explained what was creating problems, and also the potential for future issues with our old opener. Thankfully, he was able to replace the opener with the same model (LiftMaster), which has served us so well for over 20 years.
We would not hesitate to recommend J&S to anyone in need of garage door repair/replacement, as well as garage door malfunctions.

Perfect experience with J&S Garage Door for installing a new insulated garage door + opener to replace the old heavy non-functioning wooden garage door that came with the home we recently purchased. J&S, Joe and his team were able to meet our tight timeline to have it delivered & installed before our move-in date, dealt with a low headroom condition in my garage, and had competitive pricing. Very satisfied with our new garage door and loved being able to customize the colour, style and add windows - highly recommend!

They had the best price for our custom 8ft height door and a fantastic service. We had great recommendation from Joseph on the door options. The installation was impeccably done by Walid and Vlad. They have a different process in which they provide you the quote and, if you are ok, they come in for measurements - which makes sense so no one wastes time. I highly recommend. (Picture does not have the capping done yet, but it turned out fantastic!)

Fabulous customer service by Nahreen. I had many questions and she even looked into seeing if my garage door opener could be fixed. When we determined it couldn’t, they provided me with a very competitive quote including installation. They accommodated my request for timing in the installation window for an earlier start and when Sam the installer arrived he was very professional, thorough, explained everything and installed the new opener very quickly so I could get back to my day. All around excellent service. Highly recommend J&S!!
