Amazing experience at this store! I was helped by an employee named Kenneth, he was an amazing help, answered all my questions, helped me pick out a size for my girlfriend from me showing him a picture and it fit her perfectly! He had great customer service, funny and not to mention a handsome fella as well. Will definitely shop here again.

The atmosphere here is amazing. I didn’t feel rushed at all and was able to shop and take my time. The clothes are all hung up on racks, allowing you to freely roam around. The music was perfect while shopping, as I had to Shazam a couple tunes while there. The ppl that work there are all done to earth and willing to help. They had my size after going to two other ovo stores prior. The store is beautiful with great visuals and parking was a breeze.

Do not order from their online store. Once your clothing arrived and you find it is poor quality or their sizes are messed up they will let you return it but they do not refund your credit card. They issue you a gift card. If you buy any partnership merchandise then there are no returns. Even if they screw up your size. BUYERS BE AWARE!
What a money grab.

First time shopping at Yorkdale and went there specifically to buy this sweatshirt and a matching pant for my son. Sales professional Mateus went above and beyond by helping us choose, try it out, and then checking the sizes at the back shop as I requested for a new set.

the new location is not as bright more earthy toned which is enjoyable staff are actually personable last time I went and the selection has gotten more unique with colors and fabrics so major upgrade for sure prices the same but it's Drake what to expect?

the kids that work here don’t want your money!! They throw that leave me alone kinda vibe and don’t want to be bothered at all. When we entered the store a guy looked at us and then walked away - I didn’t know he’s the SA until he walked behind the cash. Then when we were checking out, there was no one at the counter. The girl SA was taking selfies with her girlies for a good two minutes and we felt like we’d be rude to interrupt?? Ended up walking straight out of the store. Clothes are mediocre and basic anyways.

Never ever buy any item on that store.they are not helpful. They don’t exchange any item that you buy. Even the item has tag and never been use. Hope drake will see this comment. Supervisor also not helpful.??
