This is the second vehicle transmission that Powershift has rebuilt for me. I have had no problems with the first car so I came and rebuilt my transmission for my Infiniti. They were very good and I highly recommend them. They even offered me Tim Hortons muffin while I waited

My car has been in a mechanic shop since June 21st, 2024 at 151 Toryork Drive, unit 18.
The problem with the car is the transmission and the guy (Ralph) has charged me $5500, which I have already paid him. It’s almost 5 months now and he still hasn’t done the car. He’s been lying to me about the car.
Yesterday, I went back to the shop and saw Ralph working on a different car he saw me, and he approached me to show me what he was doing on the car. I then said to him again, didn't I ask you to give me back my money and the car? At this point, Ralph started screaming and yelling in a loud voice at me and I quote "I don't care and that is not going to happen, you're getting nothing back and I ask my friend who take me there that we should leave.

Spoke with Nardel who answered all my questions in a straightforward fashion. I understand that they did the rebuilt of The transmission on our Nissan rogue in house. So far so good and will provide another update at 10 K. I appreciate the service and the fact that it was also done at the reasonable price in comparison to what the dealer was going to charge me for a similarly rebuilt transmission. They also offer the same warranty as the dealer would’ve given.

I am so happy with their service. I lost my reverse gear, turns out my transmission had gone. I took my van to 3 other mechanics who wanted nearly double of what I was quoted and paid at Powershift. I was extremely nervous about using a Kijiji ad but this was not warranted, they made everything easy and everything they promised they over delivered on. I can highly recommend the team on price, communication and all around service. To the team at Power Shift, thank you so much for all your hard work and assistance.
