I was a customer of many years but recently had a simple job (to replace a roof rack).
The shop rescheduled the date on me last minute, broke the bolts that hold on the rack, and then tried to tell me it was my fault.
They then broke pieces of trim in the trunk and bent and stained the headliner in a rush to try to pull it apart.
I’ve been a customer of almost 10 years and have always paid on time, and this car is brand new off the lot (not even 1,000km on it yet) and it was treated worse than I have seen scrap yards pull apart cars for parts.

I've taken my Toyota here for years, and always had good experiences. They always call and confirm I'm OK with the price before proceeding with work, their work has always held up on the car, and after inspections they have sometimes given an honest evaluation that no work is needed beyond an oil change. Definitely recommend.

The owner was rude and disrespectful, I expected basic courtesy and efficient service, neither of which were provided. I will not be returning to Wilson Service Center and advise others to consider alternative service centers that value their customers’ time and provide transparent pricing.

The owner is extremely rude and racist. I went there with a friend who needed an inspection done. He came up with an extra cost which we did not think was fair and tried to have a conversation, he immediately attacked our ethnicity and mentioned age and was extremely rude in how he spoke to us. Wouldn’t recommend at all! If you don’t agree to his cost he will hurl abuses at you. Be sure to get an amazing treatment if your skin colour is white, otherwise go somewhere else.

A privately-owned garage with helpful, friendly and professional mechanics. They provided a complimentary tire pressure check and lug nut tightening service, and during this we had a friendly chat where they shared some tips and tricks for car maintenance and safe driving. I would return the next time I need a mechanic.
