NAVJOT in the post office lacks customer service skills. Went to ship a package, and when my shipping options came on the screen she took it off right away and chose the most expensive shipping on her own. The customer is supposed to choose. Didn't explain the pricing properly either and I couldn't read the options properly because she removed it from the screen.

By far the worst Canada Post location ever. The people there have no clue about customer service. Rude and disrespectful to the customer. Went there to cancel a money order. Well the person screwed up the whole process. Had to call someone to make the it happen. I am appalled at the intelligence level of the this person working and representing Canada Post. I plan on contacting the Ombudsman for Canada Post with a formal complaint. This person who attended to me was a disgrace and wasted my time, with complete disregard for my time. Will never go to this location . Two names here Hasty Market - Canada Post. What a disgrace. Not recommended..

I use their post office and they're always friendly and accommodating. One of the women who works there always goes above and beyond, always happy to help with complicated issues and looking at several options to provide the best rate.

Went to pick up a package. 3 people in line ok. Not once did they wipe down the touch pad so we can sign for our package. Workers there don't seem to care about anyone.

This is a great convenience store – ignore the bad reviews! They have long hours, the post office is always open, they have a variety of gum, candy chocolate, smokes, gifts etc. at your convenience!I just want to comment that it truly saddens me at some of the horrific and ignorant reviews I’ve read about this store. For people to say things such as “Can’t wait until it closes due to little/no profit lol.” Or "buy their cigs/lottery at Sobey’s."This convenience store was here before Sobey’s to which is a HUGE chain who swallows up small convenience stores, bakeries and family owned businesses. This family owned Hasty Market are just trying to make a living like everyone else! Have some compassion and support our Canadian families. Especially in times like these (covid) where companies like Esso and Sobey’s will survive, but small ma and pop shops may not.

Employees at this store have been rude to me every time I enter. They will not sell lottery tickets to those who are of legal age to purchase them in Ontario, prices are almost three times as much here as any other store in the local community. I thought a convenience store was for the public to buy something quick and leave but I feel they are using that to turn a much larger profit while taking their sweet time and holding up customers to speak to one another about things they should already know.Edit for the owner-This is for the hasty market I chose to review Sir, 1500 Upper middle plaza off of third line and upper middle. I used to visit daily until discovering your price differences

The old geezer at the register (or anyone else here - they all know each other) will rip you off and try to pinch every penny from anyone. Because I guess they already make close to no money. Which can also explain the insane markups on everyday product. They are all scammers here, and all the other reviews clearly point that out. All I’ve been doing is telling everyone not to go here, and do not give them any business. Everyday they lose one more customer. Eventually it’ll all fold in on them. ;)Oh and he offered my wife money to do “things”. Don’t let him deny that. There is an esso across the street for your cigarettes and lottery, or sobeys in the same plaza for your grocery/candy needs. Lottery too.
