Waited 45 minutes with only 6 people in line. Went from 2 tellers down to 1 while managers and other bankers sfuffled their feet and ignored the growing lineup. Unimpressed and will not visit again.

I was extremely upset with the service my friend received from this location. I accompany my friend who arrived a month ago to open an account in this location. we booked an appointment online with an associate personal bank name George Lee since he can speak Cantonese. When we arrived for the appointment, he gave my friend an attitude blaming her not picking up the phone when he called to confirm the appointment. My friend told it was her husband’s phone number and he didn’t left any voice mail.
When we ask for an extra chair since there are 3 of us, he made another comment that I shouldn’t be sitting in the appointment! (That’s very unprofessional!) He even told my friend that she cannot use her husband’s phone number for record and won’t be able to change it! (This is ridiculous)
As a Financial Advisor myself and has been in the industry for over 20 years, I absolutely think this is unacceptable. During the entire meeting he was telling us lots of non sense that he made up. He lacks customer service skills, product knowledge, listening and responding skills.
After the account opening, he kept calling my friend and harassed her to make sure she puts money in the saving account! My friend told him she isn’t interested in the promotion and ask him to put her in the Do Not Call list!
And the worst thing is, when he set her up for online banking, the password was wrong! My friends card was locked and has travel to another location to have everything reset!

Vivian has the worst customer service. she should be fired can’t believe a lead doesn’t have any professional responsibility and such a poor custom service. She doesn’t want to help customers at all. She should be re trained

Awful experience with this branch and George Lee! I don’t wish to go into details, but customer care and understanding was very low, behavior was rude, English was weak, banking knowledge was very low, and there was no willingness to support! He wasted one hour of our time with asking irrelevant questions and making us write our personal information on a piece of paper, as if this is the 19th century! He introduced processes and required approvals which actually don’t exist, in TD bank; he simply made them up! At the end did not support our request and asked us to leave! In my 40 years of life and working with banks in many countries, Ive never seen this!

We had a appointment with [[[George Lee]]]]]at 2 pm he made us wait 15 minutes with a bad attitude and worst customer service 2-we where 3 people he said i have two chairs and didn’t let the third person to open the account 3-he waisted 1 hour of our time and at the end said we can not process which he could say it at the beginning this TD branch manager should consider a serious change in hiring process we went to the TD cross the street he opened the for 3 people less than 30 minutes i don’t

Kenny chan asked us to wait for 10 min and after that he came back and said our branch will close in 10 min !!??? So basically in the last 20 min they stop working why they don't change the working hours ?

Most of the time I have had the worst experience with the managers and supervisors. They are not ready to assist at all and they stare at me without taking any step to solve the issue or any recommendations to assist.

I no longer have access to my verification phone number, so I came into the branch with 4 pieces of ID to regain access to online banking. They didn't accept the drivers license because it was expired, and they didn't accept the passport because it wasn't expired. The other two aren't in the system, so of course the permanent residency cards of two countries aren't good enough. What a joke. Switching to BMO, which allows email 2 step verification. Only problem is getting my money out.
