One of the worst branches of this bank. Tellers have no experience no knowledge and no drive to work.Avoid the place as much as you can.Pathetic bunch.

There were only 2 employees to serve a long line of customers who had been waiting in line for about half an hour or more, some of them elderly people.

Long lineups almost every time I go. Staff in the office should come out to help the counter when they are not with clients.

Worst bank ever. I keep telling myself I will never come to this branch but I found myself here again as it’s close to my home. It used to be good before Covid. Now you can always garuntee a line up out the door, with two staff working. Most of them are not even at the teller so it’s more like one staff. Always take me a good 25-45 mins to get out of here. They are doing renovations (I guess we’re paying them well enough) and it smells lien sewage. I even heard the teller say this. I know it’s not their faults, it’s the big boys at the top of TD, trying to keep shareholders happy with profits, but it’s just losing the amazing reputation they once had .

It was a good branch until things are definitely going down over the year. We went there wait the line for 30mins just to do a couple entry level stuff, and there multiple screw ups from different ppl. Frankly, they can do better.

Visited this branch which is in walking distance from me, two days ago. Both ATMs (outside and inside) were not working. So to het 200 had to go inside. There was a huge lineup and there were only two tellers. So disappointed, after standing in the line for 10 minutes and not moving at all, I left.
To the branch manager - you need to be agile and adapt to the changing environment. You should not put people who would have used the ATM behind the people who are doing other time consuming activities.
In this situation I would have assigned one teller to manage the people who were there for the ATM. This teller could have managed the other group as well when they finished the ATM users.
Also, I would have added at least one more teller. Peoples’a time is the most important asset for them and by mismanagement you are forcing them to waste this vital asset.
Very disappointing experience.

I'm from Taiwan and there are Chinese-speaking reception staff. It's just that the process takes a long time.

I was so disappointed with that branch that I visited recently. I can't believe that so many bank representatives were walking in the branch and only one teller was working. Also, the lady who was working was counting the cash money by hand. You cannot assume how long people had to wait as it was taking forever to count cash by hand and definitely make mistakes and recount. I am still in shock that the TD branch doesn't have a working money counter machine or doesn't provide training to its employees.

A mid-aged lady (I think her name is Niloofar correct me if i'm wrong) serviced me in the morning today. She was full of lies and ignorance during the whole process. She misunderstood my inquires and lied about bank fees rebate and was even trying to lecture me regarding to my credit lines. All those are not that important comparing to the attitude. What was particularly troubling was observing the same lady interact with another client, during which she displayed a completely different demeanor, conversing with them in a language unfamiliar to me. This gave me the impression of discrimination and intensified my dissatisfaction with the service provided. When an individual assumes the position of a customer service representative, it is essential that they possess the ability to respect and serve clients appropriately. My experience with this particular representative has highlighted the necessity for continuous training and adherence to service standards.I must express my gratitude to another representative who later assisted me with professionalism and a helpful demeanor, ultimately resolving my concerns to satisfaction. As a final note to the lady, I kindly request you leave any personal sadness or anger behind when you enter the workplace, and I hope for your continuous improvement in the future.
