No matter how often I go to this branch, there is always an issue. Ridiculous lines, rude service from tellers who can’t do the most basic of banking tasks, terrible mortgage rates, not to mention that RBC is the largest investor of fossil fuels on the planet. Switching to Alterna this month. You’ve lost me as a client RBC.

I was hesitated to visit this branch after seeing so many negative reviews. Decided to give it a try since it’s the closest to where I live. Made an appt at 1pm and parking was easy. Security guard was extremely helpful. Seated me down and called for my assigned advisor. Mr Yasin was very patient in addressing my questions. Overall I’m happy with my experience with this branch. Will update my review again since my issue will take few weeks to resolve.

Financial advisors here don't want to work past 3:30pm. If you have any real life situations, they'll be at home working to serve you non-better ?
Line moves fast if you're doing standard transactions though.

The RBC bank at Sheppard Ave and Kennedy Rd I considered is one of the worst bank in Scarborogh the customer service is so terrible without any improvement coming soon.

I must give this bank a 5 star review! Half year ago I opened a bank account here with the help of Mr. Yasin, since that, every time I come to this bank in person, Mr. Yasin and other staff have always been helping me with patience and high-efficiency solutions, and they are always incredibly kind and professional. Even the security staff here are more accommodating and kind. I am so grateful that I chose this bank, 5 out of 5, tight, tight, tight!

If I could give a negative star I would. This is beyond the worst RBC branch in the city. Doesn’t matter what day the bank is so busy. Lineups out the door!! Everyone complains and yet they still do nothing about it. Super older people having to wait 40 mins sometimes. And no seating available to wait. I’m starting to question my banking institution all because of this branch. A few of the tellers are nice but ALOT OF THEM have a serious attitude. It is not ok. @RBC do something about this ongoing problem….

Witnessed an employee parking on an angle taking up the first two spots closest to the doors that are designated for customers. Inquired about it and was told that they weren't sure. Weird. Happy walking.
