The East Gwillimbury Farmers Market is a great farmers market north of the city. At first glance, the number of vendors may seem small, but visitors find an awesome selection of locally grown food and homemade goods. Shoppers can find items like black garlic, sourdough bread, sprouts, and fresh apples—all fresh and delicious. The event is extremely well planned and coordinated, with a wonderful array of vendors. The site and location are great, creating a perfect drive for families. The atmosphere is enhanced by live entertainment and kids activities, making it great fun for the whole family. The staff are wonderful, helpful, and lovely, putting time and energy into making the event enjoyable for everyone. It is worth a visit and one of the best markets, good for all ages, with many looking forward to returning throughout the season.
