Terrible experience, we agreed upon price for my trade, but when I went to pick up my new car, they told me I had to pay an additional $1600 as my trade needed repairs. My advice is to avoid and go with a reputable dealership.

My wife and I went to this dealership for a new ram truck. The truck that we originally wanted was sold and Malcolm showed us images of an available truck at a different location. We had two cars to trade in and the first offer he made was absolutely undervalued. He told us they need to see both vehicles so we came back after my daughter’s nap with our other car. He told us they will even pay 200 dollars for the car fax reports which dealers have for free making it seem like he was doing us a favour. He started shoving paperwork in my face including a bill of sale, giving me photocopies of my ownerships without discussing a price for the new car or agreeing on a price for my two trade ins. Then Malcolm told me they cannot process the application without a deposit. Never in my life has someone behaved so erratically spewing the most ridiculous nonsense I have ever heard in my life like telling me the car is going to be bought by natives because they received a 350,000 settlement from the government. Malcolm is completely unprofessional making customers feel belittled and undermining their intelligence. Thank god my wife found the guys over at raceway Chrysler where the process was 10 times easier, they found the exact car I was looking for, no deposits until the pricing and paperwork was already completed, no hassle and super easy to work with.

Great place to buy a vehicle! Reasonable priced when compared to other dealerships, everyone is very pleasant, helpful and professional regardless of whether they are your direct salesperson. I was helped directly by Dave, from the start he was very responsive, not pushy and very professional and went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams. Dave truly represents this dealership very well.
