Eric the pharmacist at this pharmacy knows his patients and understands our needs. He and his staff deeply care and it shows. While I’m checking in for my Dr’s appointment he is already preparing my prescriptions which require refills. He is attentive, warm and always understanding. He really pays attention to the patient and does his upmost giving incredible customer service, every visit.Highly recommended.

Visited a month ago to prepare some documents for school. Very efficient and professional from reception to medical consultation by Dr. Angela Yee. My waiting time was luckily not long. Dr. Angela was professional and friendly performing examination and rapid TB skin test. The pharmacy inside the clinic was also convenient :))

By reading some of the low rate reviews, I feel so UNFAIR to the new Enhanced Care Pharmacy and Eric who is working there. I don’t know anything about Alex and his Solara Pharmacy, but the fact is current pharmacy is a completely different one from solara, and Eric is such a nice person who shows great support always, I highly recommend Eric and the Enhanced Care Pharmacy

It takes a LOT to get me riled up; I'm a really nice and easy-going guy and I always give people the benefit of the doubt. However, as far as I'm concerned, the only thing I can say about Alex Chan and his Solara Pharmacy in Thornhill, Ontario is ... STAY AWAY from Alex and his pharmacy. Well, that is, only stay away UNLESS you want to pay the highest prices for prescriptions anywhere in Toronto. Now how would I KNOW that Alex's prices are the highest? Because over months of having the exact same prescriptions filled at several different pharmacies, there is NO QUESTION that Alex's prices at Solara are so high that he is practically PRICE-GOUGING his customers! When we politely and respectfully asked Alex about this (we are not on any insurance plan, being retired and having very little money), his blunt and curt response was "I charge these prices because I CAN !"At first, Alex seems helpful and nice but as soon as anyone questions his pricing or attitude, no matter how respectfully, he shows his ARROGANCE and disdain. After months of going to the clinic associated with Solara Pharmacy, I have found Alex to be rude and unhelpful several times.It pains me to have to write such a scathing review, but people will always tend to shy away from the truth when it's negative. But I only wish I had read a review like this before ever dealing with Alex and Solara Pharmacy. I could have saved myself a lot of grief and a lot of $$$.Sincerely,- AB

The worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with DO NOT USE THEM they are unprofessional and unethical in there business practices. They take no responsibility in what they do, and have no moral compass!

Attentive staff and good variety of medications. I like the convenience of getting my prescription right after seeing the doctor.
