I I recently had my windshield repaired here. As you can see in the photo, there were quite a few bubbles left around the repair spot. I was expecting a cleaner, more seamless finish, especially from a shop with this reputation. Attention to detail makes a big difference.
The owner replied to my review and asked me to email them. I sent an email on August 1st (screenshot attached), but unfortunately, I never received any reply.
This shows not only a disappointing repair quality but also a lack of proper customer follow-up. Hopefully, this helps others know what to expect.

I had an excellent experience with speedy glass Thornhill today. I am here to install a tag tracking system. The service advisor was super friendly and introduced everything clearly.
And we only wait for no more than 20 minutes to get everything set! Appreciate their efficiency!
Will definitely recommend installing tag here

It was great experience overall. In 5 minutes from my call with my insurance company I got a call From Speedy Thornhill, we set up the time next morning. I came in time (hate to be late), was greeted politely by the manager, who got my key, answered all my questions and showed me around to have seat in their waiting area. The manager communicates in a very respectful manner, I heard him talking to other clients - he is a really nice person to talk to. Windshield replacement was done in 1.5 hours, the car had no signs of work - not a slight scratch or damage to the interior or exterior, no remnants of materials, etc. Just great work!
Thanks to the team! Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Great and speedy service. My insurance company sent me here to get a chip in my windshield fixed. Turns out I had to replace the entire thing, and it was ready for pick up the next day. I was helped by Rick, who was a kind gentleman and explained everything clearly to me. Only downside is that the location is a little inconvenient to get to without a car, but there’s a YRT bus stop a few metres away from their storefront.

Came here to repair a stone chip end up replacing the whole windshield. No apologies and coverage for their mistake only trying to make every single penny out of your pocket. “We’ve let you know the risk” is not a legit clause doing business. Save your bullshit that me and my friends won’t pay a visit.

I went there for TAG tracking device installation and I really had a good customer service experience there. I had a small scratch on my windshield & the technician(Dhruv Patel) did it an amazing job, that too without any extra charges. The lady at the reception is welcoming, friendly, efficient and organized.
I would highly suggest this location.
