They were not very friendly whatsoever. We came in yesterday and just didn’t feel very welcomed at all. I didn’t want to buy a jacket from there and give them commission so I found the model of the jacket and purchased it from online instead. I believe great customer service earns a sale and commission.

I bought a women's winter jacket here back in November (Soia & Kyo - Belina, XS in Army Green). I LOVE THIS COAT SO MUCH. It's warmer than my Nobis - Meredith jacket that I've owned since 2013.Sam, the owner of this store, was friendly, professional and really knows his products. When I asked how to care for these expensive winter jackets, he knew exactly which ones should be dry cleaned and which ones not. Apparently, I've been cleaning my Nobis jacket wrong and should more properly clean/wash them at home. Thank you for all your help Sam. I'll definitely come back for more purchases. I've gotten so many compliments on my new jacket and told many people to check out his store because when on sale, I don't know anywhere else in Toronto that has better deals on expensive Canadian-designed brands like Nobis, Soia & Kyo, Moose Knuckle and so many others

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This is the only clothing store much less one in a mall that I’ve been to where as soon as you walk in it just feels shady and sketchy....after having purchased and returned a winter jacket from them I now get why I felt this vibe. I think they’re one ofThe only stores on their level and scale that don’t offer a refund policy and that speaks volumes on its own. After reading others reviews I’m starting to think they must sell either fake or defective products…There’s definitely something more going on that’s sketchy. Definitely deserves a formal report to at least the BBB. The store is highly overpriced and even if some items are comparable, please spare yourself and go elsewhere for the same item.

I bought a pair of shoes from here final sale and confronted the owner right after paying because I noticed that they are quite different in quality than the ones on display. He said he ran out of the ones on display and only has the one I paid for. Then I quickly noticed that there was a deep cut on the leather lip of the shoes which I was concerned about. He got very anxious and said “you know what if she doesn’t want them then refund her. I do not want to deal with this right now.” So apparently he either has some issues with controlling his emotions or there are some manufacturers defaults with their products that he became nervous of and snapped at me. Very shady coming from the owner of the shop! If you want to buy with confidence then don’t come to Bleu Marine because they’re only good at ruining people’s days as I’ve notices in other comments. I want to be a supporter of small businesses but if you don’t even care about your clientele then you might aswell switch careers because it’s quite insulting of them to be in the service industry.

bad bad store! don't go to this store. I brought a jacket here$850.when I get home I find out it look like a return jacket. so I don't like it.so I when back right the way to the store wanted to return it but there customers it terrible.and they don't do return.and I didn't know that when I buy it.they didn't tell you when you come.I never review any store be for this it my first time.and my English it limited. but I try to review this because I don't want other people have bad experience like me.they don't do return.remember that be for you buy anything here.
