I recently visited the COS store in Yorkville for the first time, and unfortunately, the customer service fell short of expectations. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff seemed disengaged. No one approached to offer assistance, which made the experience feel impersonal.
While waiting to check out, I noticed that the cashier was particularly selective about who he greeted and smiled at. Despite being the only person in line, I wasn’t acknowledged at all, which left a poor impression.
Though I was impressed with the fall/winter collection, the lack of warmth and attentiveness from the staff discouraged me from making additional purchases. I had planned to buy more but left with just two items.
For a brand like COS, known for its premium image, better customer engagement and inclusivity are essential. I hope the service improves in the future, but I won’t be returning to this location.

This brand can be a little pricey but I generally find the quality is worth it. Items seem to hold up well over time and the styles aren't overly trendy. This is a flagship location so you'll find every style they have available worldwide, although sizes can be limited.
I had great assistance here from Connor with sizing. Oddly, the most difficult part of my experience today was trying to pay for my items as there was no one at the cash. Also, check your items carefully before purchasing because I found stains on mine.

It was my first time at this COS location and I love it! The place is tidy and well laid out.I particularly love this location due it's staff.They were so friendly and helpful. It made the shopping experience very special.

I like the clothes and the style of this line. The only thing that needs improvement are the change rooms. There should be more hooks to hang the clothes. It's Canada, we dress in layers, we need to put our clothes somewhere after we take them off. There are only two small hooks, each can hold only 3 hangers, and a smal shelf fit to put a cellphone on. No stools, nothing. The carpets in the change rooms could stand vacuuming too.
