Friendly Stranger is proudly located in the historic Village neighbourhood near Church/Wellesley, home to Toronto’s LGBTQ2S+ community. Our first Toronto cannabis shop is a favourite among locals. Stop by for a new strain, pick up a book next door at Glad Day, then pay a visit to Craig’s Cookies for munchies. The Village is home to some of the best queer-focused and operated shops in Ontario.
Friendly Stranger was founded in 1994 by cannabis activist Robin Ellins and his partner. We offer a wide selection of cannabis products including dried flower, pre-rolls, edibles, gummies, chocolate, beverages, extracts, bongs, pipes, papers, vaporizers and more! Friendly Stranger is more than a store. Where others see customers, we see friends.
