Amazing studio — such a neighbourhood gem, and I feel so lucky to have it close by. The trainers are incredibly supportive, and the whole space feels refreshing and empowering to work out in. The music is great, Brianna's classes will especially kick your butt, and Kelly is such an intuitive and attentive coach. She really pays attention to your individual needs from day one and helps tailor workouts and plans that support your body and help you grow stronger—without pushing you too hard too fast. I love it here, love the female energy/support in a workout space and will be back soon. Thanks Move<3

I joined Move a couple of months ago after having a baby, and the whole training experience has been amazing. Coming in with no weight training background, I’ve felt supported, encouraged, and empowered from day one. The coaches are fantastic, the community of women is inspiring, and workouts have quickly become part of my daily routine — something I never thought would happen. I’m so grateful I found this place (who knew I’d actually look forward to loading the barbell?).

Highly recommend! I leave every single workout feeling so empowered and amazed at what our bodies can do, when supported in the right environment. The combination of knowledgeable/supportive coaches, thoughtfully designed workout programs that include a strong focus on mobility/stretching, incredible playlists, a supportive community and the remarkable strength gains your body will make is unmatched by any other fitness class. I've been a lifelong attendee of group fitness classes - but Move is the first time I've found something that I truly look forward to (vs doing out of obligation) and make sure to make it a priority in my busy schedule. I'm so grateful I found Move!

Absolutely gorgeous gym, clean and stunning bathroom & sauna and the most supportive coaches I’ve ever had. I always recommend this gym to all my girl friends and also bring my partner to the co-ed class on Sunday. So happy to finally be consistent and also so strong!

The classes are awesome and I love all the instructors. The change room and shower area are super nice too. I have never looked forward to showering at the gym but now I kind of do.

Fantastic on-boarding to the program. Knowledgeable and genuinely friendly coaches. Small class sizes. I consistently learn how to better my training and technique with every class. A warm and friendly community. It’s inspiring to be around so many strong females working towards their own individual fitness journeys. One of my new favourite places to be.

I highly recommend Move! Classes here gave me courage to lift headier after years of feeling too intimidated to try. The instructors are extremely helpful and the workouts are creative and fun.

This review is long overdue! I have been working out at MOVE for 2-3 years now and absolutely love it. No smells, no mansplaining, and no pretentiousness. It's just a safe and supportive environment with motivating coaches to help you hit your fitness goals. Once you come here you'll never wanna go back to a co-ed gym.

I’m an older woman who has never been a gym goer. The thought of it terrified and intimidated me. After a breast cancer scare, I wanted to make some lifestyle changes, including exercise - and I found my place at MOVE. :)
This gym is the most welcoming and encouraging community. The coaches are genuine, friendly and supportive. They provide options so that I’m working at my own pace which has helped me get steadily stronger. It’s never a competition - and the other members will even cheer you on!
To be honest - I don’t know that I will ever “love” going to the gym - but what I do love is how I feel at the end of a class! Beyond just the satisfaction of my body being sweaty and tired after MOVING - my mental health is better. I’m more positive, I eat healthier, and I am sooo proud of myself for showing up!
Thank you MOVE for helping me be a stronger and better version of myself!!

I went to Move for a trial class with a friend who is a member and signed up right away. The programming is terrific and the facilities are great, but most importantly the vibe is awesome. I’ve felt so welcomed and encouraged by all the coaches, Kelly and the other members.
Bonus points for having everything you need if you want to train for Hyrox and similar functional fitness pursuits - assault runners, bikes, sleds, ski ergs, rowers, etc.
10/10!!!

After trying out several fitness studios in the area, I can definetly say this is one of my favorites. The classes and programs designed perfectly—they push you without feeling overwhelming, making them enjoyable to follow. The trainers and entire team are putting in the effort to ensure members have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating environment to reach their fitness goals.
