Nice gym. It is open and spacious. It opens 24/7, so even the mall close early you can still get in through the side door. I was worry about my belongings because there is sign with 2 languages (English and Chinese) in the locker room warn about theft., never seen that before. All the equipment looks clean and in working condition. Park at the back garage if you come after 7pm

I love this gym. It has everything (and more) you would need for a solid workout, but above all else I love the staff. Selena and Khaleed are two people who stand out to me who always go above and beyond to make your exercise and experience as smooth as possible. They are so helpful, so positive, and I always leave feeling great. Give these two a raise!!!!

Extremely poor customer service behind the counter—even from the so-called “manager,” who was very rude and lacked communication skills. An employee actually hung up on me because she didn’t know the answer to my questions about the app she advised me to use to fix my issue! Guess she got frustrated, and rather than asking another colleague for help, she chose to slam the phone down, saying, “I’m a worker.” Um, okay… I would hope so. Confused, I called back to speak with the manager, who said, “Yeah, I was standing right next to her when YOU hung up the phone.” ??♀️ Clown show. If you join here, lower your expectations.

My wife was repeatedly disrespected and harassed by the same member at this Planet Fitness location on multiple occasions. Despite reporting each incident, the management failed to take any action to address the issue. They justified their inaction by citing blind spots in their security camera coverage, which left them unable to verify the events. This is unacceptable, as adequate security measures should be in place to ensure member safety and comfort.
After these recurring incidents and the lack of response, we no longer feel safe or comfortable using this facility, and we’ve decided to switch gyms. I’m sharing our experience to alert others to the ongoing safety and security issues at this location. I sincerely hope Planet Fitness will take this feedback seriously and make changes to create a safer, more respectful environment for everyone.

Great gym and conveniently located. Busy during the regular time as any other gym between 5-8 pm weekdays. Could we get another leg press machine and laying hamstring curl machine? For a gym this size I’m always waiting for the leg press. One machine isn’t enough. Changing to 3 stars to see if this form of feedback is received since you don’t listen to my surveys.

The free weight section does not have enough mirrors. There is one but it is uninstalled incorrectly and wavy.
The stretching area is full of machines.
Cardio machines are crammed next to each other.
The price went up by $5 after COVID but the service went down.

Kudos to the staff for keeping this place clean. I should stick to early morning leg days. I won't feel so bad being a weight hog.

I had the worst experience since I lived in Canada, and that happened in the facilities of this gym. I have been going to this place very early for a few months, it was last August 17 of this year around 7am, I was with my headphones listening to music and training, a guy with a lot of tattoos on his body started talking to me, I took out my headphones to listen to him, and he started talking. Tell me out loud to stop making so much noise when using the dumbbells because I don't allow him to concentrate on what I told him, or because he doesn't use a hearing aid. At that moment the man got angry and started yelling at me, being victim of verbal aggression in English and Spanish.
Immediately scared, I approached for fear of my safety. There were 2 people, a woman and a man, who were in charge. I told them what was happening and that they should call the police. I told them the description of the person who verbally attacked me. It was a man who had many tattoos all over the body, the woman in charge told me no, because when they come they make a mess and no one dared to go. They didn’t know what to do , finally the guy in charge went to talk to him, Then this same young man told me that they would make a report and that I should not invade the space of the person who had attacked me and that he would not invade my space either. Then at the end of my session I went up to ask for the report, and the same lady in charge who had Asian features (I`m sorry I don’t know her name ) she told me that they couldn't give it to me, that in any case I would have to ask the administration.
What finally outraged me was the attitude of this woman in charge. She told me that this man had been coming regularly to the gym for more than 2 years and that he was a kind and calm man, that she talked to him, that he admitted raising his voice at me, but he didn’t admit what he said to me before, she said that she had Hispanic friends and that insult could be interpreted in many ways, to which I responded, that I was not going to stop humming my songs because I feel happy and she can't tell me about the context of the insult because I know exactly what it means. With this bad experience, where I felt attacked, it made me feel that I was the aggressor, and the man was a victim. That same day I canceled my subscription.
