When I walked in I was greeted by absolutely everyone, I felt like I was in my living room. I came in for a simple fix of a broken chain during peak hour and it was swiftly taken and fixed as I had an incredible talk with the owner. Really made my day. Thank you.

Amazing service and friendly people! I went to the Beadery to customize my pendant and they gave me what I want. Very professional and confident with what they are doing. I want the welding to be smooth and clean and they did just what I asked for! Highly recommend this place for people who want to repair their jewelry!

Amazing experience and customer service. Got in for a watch bracelet resizing and the team took my watch in and added the necessary links in 10 minutes. Pretty reasonable pricing too!

Update post response: pretty on schedule response from the owner. I’ve been in your store 10 times, you know who I am, and you know the watch. Have better communication and this doesn’t happen. You shouldn’t be a business owner with the mentality you have and you shouldn’t get so defensive. I will be taking further action as we both know I have the receipts and you didn’t fulfill your end of the transaction.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! 0 stars if I could.
I brought a 1975 vintage Omega watch to Claude (that was passed down from my Grandfather) to have a piece fixed since the date wouldn’t move. The dial and hands worked perfectly fine when I brought it to him, just the date needed to be fixed. I also paid him to clean the watch.
I spent months waiting for Claude to get back to me with regards to a “very specific” piece he was trying to source for me (no problem). Whenever I walked by the store I would go in and ask him for an update to which he would say “I’m still waiting. I’ll reach out to you next week”. Every single week for 6 months I waited for him to reach out to me with an update and he never did. After waiting a long time, I decided to pick up the watch and continue waiting for the part the come in. The watch came back not working whatsoever (the hands won’t move) leading me to believe he misplaced a part or didn’t put it back properly. The watch was also dirty which was a service I originally paid for.
I took the watch back in and Claude acted like he had never seen me before, didn’t remember the watch, didn’t remember doing any work on it, and got extremely defensive.
This is a terrible way to run a business, and I would NEVER trust this man with anything moving forward. I don’t know where all these good reviews come from.

This review is a little overdue but I wanted to thank you guys for servicing my watch. I took my Rolex here because the watch was running slow and I’ve been coming here for years for other custom/repair jobs so I felt comfortable leaving this piece with them. Claude and his team did a full service and kept me updated during the process. I am very pleased with their service.

I had such a wonderful experience here with a ring repair. A ring I had purchased at a pop up in Europe that had a lot of sentimental value which lost a stone. I brought it in with the hopes they might be able to help and not only were they able to help but the ring looks good as new.
Highly recommend them and will be visiting again.

The owner, Claude, was super helpful. I make indigenous beaded jewelry, and although they did not sell Czech or Miyuki beads there was a great selection of wooden ones! The main prize is the stones there, which I do use for centres in my beading! I picked up some aqua and he threw in an extra stone for me and my jewelry making. Overall Claude was super friendly and spent a lot of time helping us. I do have some fine silver that needs repair and I will definitely bring it to him as they sell some beautiful silver and bronze work (pendants, rings, chains, bracelet, etc). Thanks so much & great experience!

Claude went above and beyond to create a perfectly matching bail for my jade pendant. He even offered to finish it while I was in the store after I told him it was a memorial jewellery piece, cleaning/polishing all of the gold parts and making them look new and sparkling. There is a clear eye for detail and care for people’s jewellery here, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you again!
