The whole store is filled with staff terrible at customer service. They don't care at all. I asked 3 staff if I could pick up my online order inside and they said "yes, just wait a second" and they never returned.
I asked a 4th and he said I should drive around back and wait in the pickup spot, so I did. I called to check in and got a staff member from inside , told him I'm in spot 4 and without saying anything just hung up on me.
Then I waited and waited and waited, decided to call customer service to find out what was going on and at that moment they finally came out with my order.
Never again will I use this service.

The staff is polite. But the system sucks. It updates the order to picked-up as soon as we check in, even before they bring the goods out. Once they brought out my order to the wrong customer and marked my order as picked up. Eventhough the order was rejected by the other person, the system is not updated. When I went to pick it up, they kept saying that it was picked up. Calling customer service was no help. Ended up going inside the store and had my order cancelled and refunded.
